Hajime Saito is a character from the hit anime series, Rurouni Kenshi. Hajime Saito is the former captain of the third unit of the Shinsengumi. Even though he has a strong rivalry with Himura Kenshin, he still respects the rurouni and has come to help him in more than one occasion.
